Goadsby secure sale of sought after office investment in Bournemouth

Acting on behalf of a private vendor, Goadsby have secured the sale of Austin House, Poole Road, Westbourne, Bournemouth.

The premises occupy a prominent position fronting Poole Road in the heart of Westbourne and extends to approximately 5,050 sq ft.  The current rental income is £69,000 per annum exclusive and the quoting price was £975,000 (exclusive of VAT).
