It all adds up for financial advisor

A long-established financial advisor is moving into bigger offices in Salisbury.

Lee Perkes, part of the St. James’s Place Wealth Management set-up, has taken a suite in a modern, hi-spec city centre office building.

This follows property consultancy Myddelton & Major successfully negotiating the letting of the second floor Suite 2 in Cheviot House, Castle Street.

Quoting leasehold rent for the premises was £5,620 per annum on a five-year lease.

Myddelton & Major Partner Dean Speer said: “Lee is a respected figure in the city with 20 years of experience in financial services. It was a pleasure to facilitate his move to a new base.

“This follows the letting of Suite 3 in the same building earlier this year to leading homecare provider Bluebird Care Bournemouth.

“It goes to show that strong demand remains for high quality office space in the city centre.”

Cheviot House is a modern office building – with its own car parking – just a short walk from the Market Square and close to a wide range of amenities, including shops, banks, the railway station and other services.

The second floor has been fitted out to an exceptionally high standard, offering individual office suites with air conditioning, category six cabling infrastructure, suspended ceilings with category two lighting, kitchen and cloakroom facilities.

Myddelton & Major was named the most active agency in Wiltshire in 2015 for the fourth year running by Estates Gazette, the weekly and online magazine of the UK commercial property industry.
