Development activity prompts latest appointment at Bruton Knowles

Leading property specialists Bruton Knowles has strengthened its building surveying team with the appointment of Mark James.

Formerly with Kendall and Kingscott in Birmingham, Mark joins a fast expanding building surveying team dealing with a steep increase in activity across all commercial sectors.

Mark said: “I have spent the last 13 years working in Birmingham and know the commercial and residential building sector is stronger than it has been for some time and I am looking forward to joining an experienced team.”

Senior Building Surveyor Mark’s clients include Knightstone, Places for People, Guinness, Jephson/Stonewater, Curo, Sanctuary Sovereign and Bristol City Council housing department.
