Acting on behalf of leading wholesaler Stax Trade Centres PLC, Nolan Redshaw has acquired a 82,000 sq.ft. depot on Queenslie Industrial Estate, in Glasgow, to act as its new Scottish depot.
Set across 7.2 acres, the recently refurbished unit is to be occupied by Stax Trade Centres PLC as a dual purpose distribution centre and cash and carry.
The Quenslie Industrial Estate, which is the largest of its kind in East Glasgow, is strategically located 3 miles outside of Glasgow City Centre and adjacent to junction 10 of the M8.
