UK Plastics buys unit in West Bromwich

A UPVC products firm is investing in West Bromwich in a deal put together by Black Country property agents Bond Wolfe.

UK Plastics (Walsall) Ltd has bought the freehold of Units 1 & 2, Church Lane, in a £145,000 transaction.

Currently part-let to Capital Hardware and Glazing Ltd – and formerly occupied by Dolphin Stair-lifts – a tenant will now be sought for Unit 2.

James Mattin, Bond Wolfe managing partner, said: “We are seeing very strong demand for sub 5,000 sq ft freehold industrial opportunities in the region.

“Both owner occupiers and investors have returned to the market in volume and we are experiencing interest on all freehold opportunities on our books.”

UK Plastics (Walsall) Ltd, which has outlets in Aston and Smethwick, are wholesalers of a range of UPVC products including fascias, soffits, skirting, trunking, window and door hardware and many more.
