Former Weymouth post office acquired

Acting on behalf 10 Ant Group, a property investment business with offices in London and Dorset. , Goadsby Commercial have acquired the freehold interest of 67 St Thomas Street, Weymouth, formerly the town’s main post office. The property is a listed building with a yard to the rear and the upper parts are currently let to Dorset based solicitors, Pengillys. They are unaffected by the transaction.

The property occupies a very prominent position at its junction with St Alban Street and nearby occupiers include Tesco Metro, Iceland Frozen Foods and Clarks.
