Wells McFarlane, one of South Leicestershire’s leading commercial property management and chartered surveyors, has negiotiated the lease of two further properties in Market Harborough with clothing retailer, Joules.
The 2,750 sq ft and 4,000 sq ft properties, at The Point Business Park, are on the same site as Joules’ headquarters and have given the lifestyle brand further office space for its rapidly expanding business.
Joules Founder, Tom Joule said: “We are thrilled to have found more office space at The Point, as keeping our head office based here in Market Harborough is extremely important to the business and this is where our roots are still firmly stitched. The extra space will allow the team based at head office, the ability to expand and support Joules as we continue to grow at this very exciting time.”
