Retail premises let within Honiton town centre

Chesterton Humberts have recently agreed the letting of 13 New Street, Honiton which was available at a quoting rent of £6,950 per annum. The ground floor retail shop premises has recently been refurbished and had frontage onto the busy part of New Street within the town’s central area. The retail unit extended to 63 sq m (677 sq ft) plus WC facilities and kitchenette.

Stephen Richards of Chesterton Humberts comments “We have recently seen an increase for demand for retail premises within Honiton over the last couple of months. Currently we have two further properties under offer within the High Street and cannot satisfy demand at this present time, which is hopefully a sign of an improving market”.
