New appointments and promotion at fast-growing Hartnell Taylor Cook

New appointments and a promotion have been announced by Hartnell Taylor Cook strengthening its position as the South West’s leading independent firm of commercial property consultants.

Robin Castle has been promoted to Associate Director whilst Henry de Teissier and Simon Dunford have been recruited to join the industrial and building consultancy teams respectively.

Robin, who is part of Hartnell Taylor Cook’s Bristol-based project and building consultancy team, joined the firm in 2010 and has worked for a wide variety of clients, including M&S, Sotheby’s and Primark.

Oxford Brookes University graduate Henry already has substantial commercial property experience having worked for a variety of agents in the South West in addition to completing his degree in Real Estate Management before taking up his first full time position with the industrial team at Hartnell Taylor Cook.

Simon, a building surveying graduate from the University of the West of England, has joined the firm’s project and building consultancy team, established four years ago, increasing the number of surveyors in this department from three to four.

Simon Harvey, Hartnell Taylor Cook’s partner in charge of its Bristol office, said: “Since joining us three years ago Robin has shown himself to be outstanding in his chosen specialism and his promotion within the firm is well-deserved.”

He added: “We have a reputation for recruiting some of the best young surveyors into the industry and then nurturing that talent, and both Henry and Simon fit the bill, joining us at an exciting time as we look to grow the business further.”
