Cievo takes new lease at Friary House, Cardiff

Sales and marketing specialist Cievo has taken a new lease of offices at Friary House in Greyfriars Road, Cardiff.

The company, which provides sales and marketing solutions for the energy, telecoms, charity and finance industries, has taken a new three year lease on 1,100 sq ft offices on the 7th floor of the city centre office building.

Topland acquired Friary House along with Capital Tower in 2012 as part of its acquisition programme of regional offices and the company appointed leasing agents Knight Frank and Fletcher Morgan to market the buildings.

Located in the heart of Cardiff city centre Friary House sits within the core office and leisure district neighbouring the Hilton Hotel and close to the Millennium Stadium, Cardiff University and St David’s Shopping Centre.
