Full house has been called at an industrial estate in the New Forest with a hattrick of lettings by property consultancy Vail Williams.
One of the new tenants is a hospice which provides palliative and end-of-life care and support to patients in the New Forest, Totton and Waterside communities; the charity has opened a donation centre at the Lymington site.
Oakhaven signed end-terrace Unit C at Horatio Court, Hannah Way, Gordleton Industrial Estate, for a five-year term.
The 2,485 sq ft warehouse has been leased through Vail Williams, acting on behalf of Horatio Court’s landlord, a private property company.
In an unrelated transaction, similar size Unit A has been let on a five-year lease to Hills of Lymington Prestige, specialists in sports and prestige cars.
Unit B, also of a similar size, has been let on a five-year lease to BBUK Cars, which buys, sells and customises quality cars and vans.
Bryony Thompson, a Vail Williams partner working out of the firm’s Bournemouth office, said: “With the three lettings, in quick succession, we can call full house at Horatio Court on Lymington’s Gordleton Industrial Estate.”
Horatio Court was built in 2020, with 5.65m internal eaves height, electric loading door, ground floor office, open storage mezzanine and five car parking spaces per unit.
