Devonshire Square (DSQ) in the City of London has announced that Building 6 (DSQ6) is 100% let, following the completion of office deals with Mace, proSapient, Capitolis and Gamma Technologies.
After over a decade at its previous home at 155 Moorgate, Mace is relocating its global headquarters to DSQ6, taking 20,579 sq ft across two floors.
ProSapient, an expert network platform used by investment and consulting firms to source specialist insight, is taking 10,286 sq ft across one floor at DSQ6.
Fintech platform Capitolis is taking 10,330 sq ft and Gamma Technologies, an engineering simulation software provider, completes DSQ6’s letting, by taking 10,321 sq ft.
These deals follow the recent completion of Building 7, now also fully let to a mix of occupiers across the finance, sport and technology sectors, and the leasing of the entire of Building 10 to global law firm RPC. DSQ is now 98.4% let, reflecting strong occupier demand and leasing momentum across the estate this year.
The four new occupiers join an already diverse community at DSQ, which spans fellow technology and fintech firms including Xero and Figma, alongside finance, music and recruitment businesses, and a thriving leisure and hospitality offer that includes Cinnamon Kitchen, Devonshire Terrace and Lucky Voice karaoke.
