DTZ, a UGL company has recruited two new surveyors to its Cardiff office.
Chris Terry joins as an Associate Director to head up DTZ’s Office Agency department in South Wales. Chris has worked for local agents Fletcher Morgan for the last 12 years, specialising in the office agency market and dealing with high profile instructions including Cardiff Gate Business Park and Capital Quarter.
Andrew Murdoch joins as a Surveyor from Inexus Services Ltd, where he was responsible for the creation and strategic management of a commercial and industrial portfolio. Andrew was also involved in the acquisition and disposal of the company’s utilities and infrastructure business. Andrew brings a wealth of experience to an already strong valuation team at DTZ, which due to client demand has grown consistently in recent years.
