Work starts for ‘build to suit’ premises at Winsford Gateway

Rula Developments has commenced works on site to deliver a new purpose designed industrial unit at Winsford Gateway in Cheshire for Saint Group. The unit is one of the first ‘built to suit’ agreements to be delivered in the North-West for many years.

The 27,728 sq ft bespoke unit will become the new headquarters for Saint Group which is a national company offering expert floor finishing and interior design services to the housebuilding industry.

As a result of exceptional growth, the Group is relocating to the new HQ building at Winsford Gateway to facilitate expansion into new territories and service lines while delivering against its sustainability strategy to reduce its carbon footprint.
