Bristol’s most active office building secures hat trick of new tenants

A trio of new office lettings at Crescent further cements the building’s status as the most active office development in Bristol over the past 12 months. New leases for have been agreed with Vida Design, ANDigital and Bailey Partnership, and all three firms have just moved in, occupying circa 6,000 sq ft.

The building has a further three suites under offer which will bring the scheme to 65% let or under offer, this will amount to approx. 64,749 sq ft of new office lettings since the building reached practical completion in summer 2025.

The building is also celebrating the arrival of OVO Energy. The company moved into its new workspace last month from neighbouring One Rivergate.

Paul Richardson, investment manager from RPG Property, explains: “Crescent’s leasing momentum is testament to the quality of the redevelopment that we have speculatively delivered with occupier experience and sustainability as core design principles. We aren’t slowing down either—with a further 15% of the building currently in legals, we expect to announce more new tenant arrivals shortly.”

Harry Allen, Director of Office Agency at Savills Bristol, said: “Crescent’s combination of Net Zero Carbon status, ability to offer CAT A or fully fitted turn-key offices and market leading amenity have proved a great success in the Bristol market. It was the city’s most active building for 2025 according to the official take up figures from the Bristol Office Agents Society.”

Crescent’s success reflects a broader trend across the Bristol office market, where businesses are prioritising high-specification, sustainable workspaces to attract and retain staff. Crescent is ideally placed to support this flight to quality, following its £30 million redevelopment programme it offers a new double height wrap around ribbon atrium with break out seating, striking new arrival experience, private garden, café and onsite studio gym.

Sustainability has been a core design principle of the project which is illustrated through its BREEAM Excellent, EPC A accreditation and Net Zero Carbon status in operation, with the reuse of the existing concrete structure contributing to a 45% reduction in upfront embodied carbon over new build schemes. This, allied with best-in-class energy efficient heating and cooling, makes Crescent a compelling sustainability option to support tenant’s Net Zero and CSR aspirations.
