Brackley Property Developments, in joint venture with Venture Properties Group, has announced the launch of the second phase of development at Venture Park in Fleckney, Leicestershire.
The scheme brings forward a 3.28-acre site at Churchill Way Industrial Estate with outline planning consent for up to 10 new industrial/warehouse units.
Buildings can range in size from 1,711 sq ft to 40,300 sq ft to suit occupier demand, with the flexibility to combine units or deliver bespoke design and build solutions. The development is targeting an EPC A rating.
This latest phase of development follows the successful delivery of a 12,000 sq ft unit for Network Rail Limited.
Churchill Way Industrial Estate is an established commercial location situated nine miles south of Leicester city centre, with strong transport links to the M1, M69 and M6 motorways.
