Kings Hall in St Ives fully let with the addition of two new occupiers

Savills, on behalf of Crossacre Properties Ltd, has agreed two new office lettings to N.Trust Accountancy Limited and Twenty Twenty Warranty Ltd at Kings Hall in St Ives. The property is now fully let.

N.Trust Accountancy has committed to suite 3A totalling 1,039 sq ft. Twenty Twenty Warranty has agreed a new five year lease at suite 3B taking 896 sq ft of space.
