Savills, on behalf of Kiltane (RM) Ltd, has let 37A George Street in Edinburgh to Jimmy Fairly UK Ltd.
The optician and glasses designer has agreed a new 10-year lease for the 979 sq ft retail unit, which was previously occupied by Carl Scarpa and will pay a rent of £82,500 per annum.
