Riverside Enterprise Park is now home to the newest Screwfix store in Lincolnshire, due to open in January 2023. Located in Saxilby, just 5 miles outside Lincoln, Phase 6 Riverside Enterprise Park includes modern workshops, with yards, ranging from 2,000 to 2,500 square feet. Construction began in Spring 2022 and was completed in October 2022. The units on Phase 6 have been really well received, with 2 units taken leaving only a few units left.
