Demand for high quality office space soars in Manchester

Leading commercial property consultancy, Hartnell Taylor Cook has announced that 42 Fountain Street has achieved 50% capacity following its Grade A refurbishment at the end of last year.

The news follows a bumper year for the Manchester office market, which has recorded almost 500,000 sq. ft of take-up and the completion of 124 occupier deals this year. Changing occupier demands has seen businesses flock towards Grade A space in the city and has led to a surge in activity, with take-up 16% higher in the last quarter than the previous year.
