Constructed in 1999 under the ownership of Carole & Ian Wootton, the hotel comprises 82 en suite bedrooms, eight conference/ meeting rooms, a public bar, restaurant, gym, spa, indoor swimming pool, six treatment rooms including a hair dressing salon and 180 car parking spaces.

“This is the third hotel John Mulchandani has purchased through Knight Frank, to include the 78-bedroom Stanton House Hotel Wiltshire, which he purchased earlier this year. The hotel will be operated by Meridian Hotels who have exciting plans for the next phase of the business.
“The sale further demonstrates the demand for hotels that provide a mix of both private leisure and corporate custom, which is being fuelled by the lack of quality hotels currently available for sale.”

I personally could not wish this hotel to go to anyone else as I know they will run it with the care and love it deserves.”
