Compressor Services Scoops Double Unit at Ecclesbourne Park Industrial

Compressor Services Ltd is the latest business to move into the newly refurbished Ecclesbourne Park, having signed a ten-year lease with Derby-based commercial property agency Innes England.

The company, which specialises in the repair, maintenance and hire of compressors, is relocating to a 8,651sq ft double unit – separately premises 15 and 16 – on Cotes Park Lane industrial park in Alfreton.

The estate has 16 units in total and is conveniently situated with excellent access to the A38 dual carriageway and the M1 motorway at Junction 28.

Compressor Services will be moving from its current location at Quarry Hill Industrial Estate in Ilkeston. John Grant, managing director of Compressor Services, said: “We believe our new location near the M1 will enable us to reach our customers more efficiently improving upon the excellent service we already offer.

“It will also mean that we will be able to expand our services across a wider area and we look forward to reaching out to new customers in South Yorkshire and North Derbyshire, including Chesterfield, Sheffield, Doncaster and Rotherham.”

Innes England let the Ecclesbourne Park premises on behalf of portfolio managers Valad and jointly manages lettings of the units with commercial property consultants Salloway.

Now only two industrial/warehouse spaces of 6,380 sq ft and 4,435 sq ft remain available for prospective business tenants.

Tim Richardson, at Innes England’s Derby office said: “We are delighted to have agreed terms with Compressor Services which has enabled them to relocate to Ecclesbourne Park and make use of the excellent road communications and modern space which ideally suits their business.

“Only two units are now available to let on the estate and with all they have to offer businesses looking for a flexible open space, we have no doubt they will soon have new tenants.”

All units have an up and over loading door and are constructed of steel portal frame with brick and block work elevations and insulated cladding above.
