Global property consultancy Knight Frank has expanded its Central London Retail Agency team with the appointment of Rob Hargreaves as Partner and Zaz Robb as Associate.
Rob joins Knight Frank from Colliers, where he co-headed its Central London Brand Representation team focusing on developing the international and domestic occupier client base, working with brands on acquisitions, portfolio strategy and lease restructuring.
He recently advised on the acquisition of NBA’s flagship store within the Carnaby Estate and is working alongside US retailer Lids on its wider acquisition programme. Rob also acted for new entrant brands LaDuca and Mevaris on their respective Covent Garden and Burlington Arcade stores.
Zaz joins from Lunson Mitchenall’s Central London Agency team where she worked with notable developer and investor clients including The Canary Group, Delancey and Hammerson, and assisted with the acquisition of Soho Home’s UK flagship store within the Cadagon Estate’s Kings Road ownership.
