A brand-new online tool to help those looking for new offices in the South has been launched by Primmer Olds.
The firm of chartered surveyors has unleashed its office space calculator, which helps businesses work out exactly how much office space they need with just a few clicks of a button.
Primmer Olds says the tool, which also sends details of matching properties within 24 hours, will make life easier for those looking to move office in the South and reduce the amount of time it takes them to find a suitable property.
Partner, Duane Walker, says: “It’s a visual tool that’s very easy to use and will help users whittle down exactly what they need more efficiently and effectively.
“Often business owners are unsure of the amount of square footage they need so by talking in terms of desk size and staff numbers, we can calculate those figures for them.
“This saves a great amount of time for applicants and means we can get straight out there with them to view only the properties we know are perfect for their needs.”
Duane adds that while Primmer Olds is known for its personal, face-to-face service, clients have been full of positive feedback about the online tool.
“The response has been great and if anything it has allowed us to improve our face-to-face service even further by letting us know what customers want before we even meet them,” he said.
Primmer Olds is the only commercial agency in the region to have such a tool online.
