Now, despite what has been a turbulent year for the industry as it continues to recover from the economic pressures bought on by Covid-19, Bruton Knowles is announcing nine Senior promotions across a number of its National Teams including Utilities and Infrastructure, Rural, Valuations and Commercial.

May Dudley (U&I Team), Chris Renshaw (U&I Team), Nicole Fitzpatrick (Valuations Team), Aled Jenkins and Ian LeGrice (Commercial) have all been promoted from Associate to Senior Associate and Rachel Holland from Surveyor to Senior Surveyor (U&I Team).

The series of internal promotions further showcase the firms work to grow and develop teams and individuals internally.

James Bailey, Managing Partner at the firm explains why these promotions are vital to the business’s future. Defying the challenges of Brexit and Covid-19 they have remained passionate and dedicated to driving the business forward.

“We strive to nurture talent from within, ensuring staff have the opportunity to develop and progress so with a number of individuals going above and beyond, from securing new business, to driving team growth and ensuring excellent client satisfaction, we feel it is imperative that they are recognised.
