A leading cash and carry has expanded its operations in the Midlands following a deal brokered by the Birmingham office of DTZ, on behalf of AXA Real Estate / CIS Ltd.
Soho Cash and Carry, which has branches in Handsworth and Wolverhampton, has taken a lease on a 44,134 sq ft unit at Sandwell Business Park on Crystal Drive in Smethwick.
Units 9-13 comprise a modern three bay modern warehouse unit with office accommodation and parking. Sandwell Business Park is located in close proximity to junction 1 of the M5 motorway whilst West Bromwich Town Centre is 1.5 miles away.
