Knight Frank Middle East bolsters Commercial Agency & Investment teams

Knight Frank Middle East has strengthened its Commercial Agency and ME investment teams with the hires of Andrew Love and Adam Wynne into the firm.

Working closely with MEA Managing Director James Lewis, Andrew and Adam will support the further expansion of the firm’s commercial property agency and capital markets capabilities across the Middle East.

Andrew joins from Cavendish Maxwell, where in 2012 he set up their investment and commercial agency team, responsible for overseeing a team of surveyors who covered all sectors of the UAE investment and real estate markets. Andrew has transacted over AED 2 billion worth of commercial property in the UAE since 2012.

Over the last 15 years, Andrew has covered a diverse range of markets including UK, Central & Eastern Europe, Africa and the Middle East, providing a wide range of services to clients including advisory services, development advisory, investment strategy, valuations and transactional services (structuring SPV’s, BVI companies, equity raising and advising on disposals and acquisitions).

Adam Wynne

Adam also joins the global real estate adviser from Cavendish Maxwell and has been in the Middle East region since 2017 leading a variety of mandates on behalf of landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers across all sectors. He has successfully led a range of high-profile transactions in the office, retail and industrial & logistics sectors, most recently of note was
securing tenants for the expansion of an established retail centre in DSO offering over 100,000 sq.ft of leasable space.
