Hillwood, a leading global real estate investor and developer, has let Unit Q10 at Quattro, Raunds, comprising 10,867 sq ft, to Industrial Decontamination Services.
Australian-based Industrial Decontamination Services (IDS) is a market leader in the cleaning, decontamination and lifecycle management of protective clothing and equipment for emergency services personnel. Q10 will serve as IDS’s first UK facility, with the unit’s Grade A specification and prime location providing an ideal base from which to support the company’s growth ambitions and expanding customer base across the UK.
Quattro comprises four speculatively developed mid-box units ranging from 10,867 sq ft to 117,552 sq ft and was completed in March 2026. IDS is the third occupier to commit to the scheme since July, following recent lettings to Nick Scali and GXP Storage Ltd, with one final unit of 117,552 sq ft remaining available.
All buildings at the scheme are BREEAM Excellent-certified and EPC A-rated, and benefit from direct access to the A45, providing excellent connectivity to the Midlands and, via the A14, the East of England.
