Industrial agents at Harris Lamb have been instructed on a to-be-built 133,500 sq ft multi-let/ mid-box industrial development in Redditch.
Aurora Park, the latest joint venture between Chancerygate and Hines, will comprise of nine leasehold warehouse and industrial units ranging from 7,685 to 22,055 sq ft with an ability to combine to offer over 30,000 sqft to a single occupier.
Located on a prime, road-fronting 6.4-acre site at Ravensbank Drive, the £35 million development is expected to reach practical completion in Q3 2027.
Lauren Allcoat-Hatton, who has been instructed on the park along with joint agents John Truslove and M1 Agency, said the units will offer high-spec fitted space, have excellent green credentials and being in a highly sought after commercial location, demand is already strong.
