Orega, the flexible workspace provider, is boosting its senior management team with three senior promotions. The changes are being implemented to boost the business’s management capabilities after experiencing substantial growth over the past two and a half years.

Sophie Turnbull becomes Chief Revenue Officer

Sophie is promoted from Commercial Director to Chief Revenue Officer.

In this role Sophie has responsibility for Orega’s overall revenue generation strategy and its implementation, including renewal and retention strategies. She is also leading on the development of Orega’s broader product range as well as working with Orega’s operatonal team on the presentation quality of all Orega locations.

Sophie is part of Orega’s Executive.

Daniel Parsons becomes HR Director

Daniel is promoted from Head of HR to HR Director. Daniel’s original appointment and subsequent promotion underline Orega’s commitment to its people and their development. Daniel is part of Orega’s Senior Management Team.

Lucy Earnshaw becomes Customer Service Director

Lucy moves from Area Manager, Manchester & North of England, to the newly created role of Customer Services Director.

In this new role Lucy will focus on the delivery of consistent customer service delivery across Orega, leading the operational teams on a day-to-day basis, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and leading on operational standards. Lucy joins Orega’s Senior Management Team.

As a leading flex space provider, Orega has expanded rapidly in the last two and a half years opening or expanding in nine locations across the UK including at 80 the Stand in the West End, Ingenuity House in Birmingham, 51, Lime Street and 70 Gracechurch in the City of London and No 2 St James’ Gate in Newcastle and Broadgate in Leeds.

Its most recent acquisition has been at Brookfield’s Citypoint in Central London, due to open in June 2026 and expansion at 20 Old Bailey, London EC4.

It now operates 25 centres across the UK, including eight in London, in partnership with landlords and corporate occupiers, comprising around 675,000 sq ft., offering high-end workspace to over 10,000 customers.

The company’s stated aim is to grow by 4 to 5 sites per annum with focus areas of London and the other “big 5” UK cities, and some specific regional markets; continuing to partner with landlords and corporate occupiers to provide flexible workspaces via management agreements; its specialism in which it has more than 20 years of experience.

These new promotions will increase its management capacity to deal with both recent and future growth plans.

Alan Pepper CEO of Orega said, “It’s an exciting time for Orega and the flex industry generally. As our latest survey reveals, flex is no longer an optional extra, but a core part of how office buildings are positioned and operated. Landlords and asset managers are recognizing that occupiers want flexibility, operational simplicity and a high-quality experience, and flex delivers all three. The growth trajectory is only going one way.

Continuing our recent substantial expansion, we are capitalising on this demand and are confident that our new promotions will enhance that growth. In her new role as CRO, Sophie Turnbull will continue to drive Orega’s business results, industry relations and brand experience. We are also pleased to be expanding our HR and Customer Services functions, creating a team fit for our projected growth ahead.”
