NG Chartered Surveyors has completed the letting of Unit 7A at Chase Park, Daleside Road, Colwick, Nottingham, marking the launch of two complementary electrical training and assessment operations within the same building.

The Midlands AM2 Centre, operated by NET Services, will provide AM2 end-point assessments for electricians, supporting apprentices and experienced workers completing their final stage of qualification.

Alongside this, Brian Scaddan UK will be opening its Nottingham training centre, delivering a full range of electrical training programmes. These will include apprenticeships, commercial and professional upskilling courses, and structured pathways for electricians working towards their JIB Gold Card.

While operating independently, the co-location of the Midlands AM2 Centre and Brian Scaddan UK creates a centrally located Midlands hub, allowing learners and employers to access both high-quality electrical training and AM2 end-point assessments from a single, accessible location.

The decision to establish a presence in Nottingham has been driven by sustained demand from regional and national employers, many of whom operate across multiple UK locations and have identified the Midlands as a strategic base for workforce development.

The Nottingham site strengthens provision across the region, improving accessibility for learners while supporting employers with consistent, high-quality training and assessment options.

Neil Doyle at Midlands AM2 Centre said: “Working with Alicia and NG Chartered Surveyors has been seamless. They have been transparent and supportive throughout the process of securing a facility that meets the operational needs of the AM2 Centre.”

Alicia Lewis, surveyor at NG Chartered Surveyors, said: “This letting reflects the continued strength of demand for well-located, high-quality accommodation in the East Midlands. Chase Park offered the right combination of space, accessibility and specification to support both training and assessment operations, and we are pleased to have supported the launch of facilities that will play an important role in developing the region’s electrical workforce.”
