An international and leading property consultancy, which deals with all aspects of property advice have instructed Beach Baker to recruit a surveyor, or senior surveyor level valuation surveyor to join the commercial valuation team based in Bristol.
We are seeking a candidate who is newly qualified up to 2/3 year’s post qualified to join this regional awarding winning team. You will have experience working for a property consultancy already with a large element of your current role devoted to valuation work. This position will involve predominantly loan security and investment valuation work for a variety of commercial properties office, industrial and retail. The ideal candidate will already be an established surveyor working for a competing firm, however candidates with a desire to work within valuation will be considered with the relevant existing qualifications.
The mix of clients include banks, funds, investors/developers and corporates. We invite applications from ambitious candidates to share in the success of a dynamic firm of chartered surveyors based in Bristol. On offer is salary range of between £30,000 – £40,000 + excellent benefits and bonus.
