A leading property consultancy, which deals with all aspects of property advice have instructed Beach Baker to recruit a Senior Surveyor, or Associate Director level Commercial Valuation Surveyor to drive forward the Valuation team in Bristol.
We are seeking a candidate with ideally a minimum of 4 year’s post qualified experience to join the valuation team. You will have proven experience working for a property consultancy already with a large element of your current role devoted to valuation work. This position will involve a mix of loan security/ investment valuation and some portfolio work for a variety of commercial properties as well as some residential development sites. The ideal candidate will already be an established operator working for a competing firm with but relocating candidates fitting the criteria for the role will be strongly considered.
The mix of clients includes mainly private client work, as well as some corporate and institutional instructions. We invite applications from ambitious candidates to share in the success of a dynamic firm based in Bristol.
On offer is salary range of between £40,000 and £55,000 + Car + benefits + pension + Bonus.
