Valuation Surveyor – Client Side

Beach Baker are pleased to have been instructed to recruit a Senior Valuer on behalf of a Financial Services organisation, in Bristol.

Working for this international financial services organisation, you will be part of the operations department supporting business lending. The wider department is responsible for the end to end processing of all new and existing residential mortgage business.

The successful candidate must be qualified (but not necessarily registered valuer) and be comfortable working within an environment of change.

You will report into the Head of Valuation and hold a national remit, although the necessity to travel is minimal. You will work with the wider business in identifying potential risk elements of valuation reports and work to mitigate any errors within the lending criteria. You will work with the fraud and legal teams within the organisation.

The role will suit someone who has previous residential valuation experience or homebuyers surveys and is looking to minimise their travel and the number of hours worked. Valuers with a mixture of commercial and residential experience will also be considered.
