Working for this international financial services organisation with a base in Bristol, you will be part of the operations department supporting business lending. The wider department is responsible for the end to end processing of all new and existing mortgage business.
The successful candidate must be RICS qualified and be comfortable working within an environment of change.
You will report into the Head of Valuation and hold a national remit, although the necessity to travel is minimal. You will work with the wider business in identifying potential risk elements of valuation reports and work to mitigate any errors within the lending criteria.
As this is a financial institution you will work to guidelines such as Basle II and money laundering regulations.
