Valuation Surveyor- Alternatives, W1, Up to £40,000 (DOE) + Car Allowance, Pension, Private Health, Bonus,
An exciting opportunity to join an established multi-disciplinary privately-owned property consultancy to work in the alternatives team.
The Surveyor will focus on providing valuation advise in the alternative sector, this includes student housing, healthcare, hotels, leisure and PRS. In this role you will produce accurate valuation reports and provide professional advice to developer, investor and operator clients. Working alongside the transactional teams you will provide valuation and financial statements to support with the delivery of mandates.
Alternatives is a growing sector and now is a good time to join the team providing valuation advise across London and the South East.
In order to be considered for this role you WILL:-
- Be MRICS Qualified
- Have worked or working in a client facing role
- Have undertaken a valuation role
