We are seeking an experienced candidate who is newly MRICS up to 3 year’s post qualified experience. You will have experience working for a property consultancy already with a large element of your current role devoted to valuation or professional work within the commercial sector. This position will involve predominantly loan security valuation work as well as some portfolio/investment valuations on behalf of clients, which include many banks and leading corporate organisations. The ideal candidate will already be an established surveyor working for a competing firm, however candidates looking to relocate to Yorkshire will be strongly considered.
