We are currently recruiting a Chartered Valuation Surveyor to join the team of one of our well respected clients based just outside of London.
This is a significant opportunity for a Newly Qualified or 1-3 years PQ Surveyor to progress their career whilst gaining a broad range of valuation experience. This consultancy places a strong emphasis on providing an efficient service tailored to a variety of clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Undertake loan security and Tax valuations on behalf of their existing client base.
- Knowledge of Landlord and Tenant instructions also beneficial.
- Be able to achieve the timely preparation and delivery of valuations and reports to a very high level of accuracy and quality
- Possess the ability to work efficiently to maximise profitability
The successful candidate will be RICS Qualified and a RICS registered Valuer. A proven background in valuation; ideally in both residential and commercial properties.
