Valuation Surveyor

A leading property consultancy, which deals with all aspects of property advice have instructed Beach Baker to recruit an associate or director level chartered commercial valuation surveyor to either take the step up to director or senior director level to drive forward a very profitable and expanding team in Leeds.

We are seeking a candidate with ideally 5 – 15 year’s post qualified experience to join and lead this specialist team made up of a graduates, surveyors and senior surveyors. You will preferably have experience working for a property consultancy already with a large element of your current role devoted to valuation work and client contact. This position will involve a mix of portfolio, loan security and investment valuation for a variety of commercial properties as well as some residential development sites. The ideal candidate will already be an established operator working for a competing firm and have existing contacts with the banks.

The mix of clients includes specialist funds and investors as well as other leading corporate organisations. We invite applications from ambitious candidates to share in the success of a dynamic firm based in Leeds. On offer is salary range of between £50,000 and £60,000 + Car + benefits.
