A leading international multidisciplinary private practice has instructed Beach Baker to source a MRICS Valuation Surveyor or nearly qualified Graduate Surveyor to be based in their Leeds office.
The successful candidate will have experience working for a property consultancy, with a large element of your current role devoted to valuation work. This position will involve predominantly valuation work and include loan security and investment valuations for a variety of office, retail, and industrial stock. The ideal candidate will already be an established surveyor within the Yorkshire market, although candidates looking to relocate to Leeds are encouraged to apply.
