Senior/AD Valuation Surveyor, Remote Working, North London
Salary £45,000-£60,000 + lucrative bonus + competitive package
This specialist practice are currently recruiting a Chartered Valuation Surveyor to join their North London Office.
The successful candidate will join a thriving valuation practice, acting for over 100 secured lending clients, dealing with all aspects of commercial and residential valuation ranging up to £50,000,000.
Job Responsibilities:
- Technical knowledge and in-depth experience of valuing, in the main, retail, industrial, office, development and residential property (including HMO’s) within London and surrounding counties.
- Client communication skills are of paramount importance.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
The successful candidate will be RICS Qualified and a RICS registered Valuer (minimum 2-3 years PQE). A proven background in valuation is essential and an ability to work independently as this company enable remote working practices.
