An established independent private practice is looking for a MRICS Valuation Surveyor to join the Crawley offices.
The MRICS Valuation Surveyor will be responsible for undertaking Red Valuations for a variety of purposes, focusing on traditional commercial assets as well as alternatives across the South East.
The successful applicant will be joining an established team servicing existing clients and pitching for new business.
This is great opportunity for a Chartered Surveyor to join a private partnership with a great career prospects. Ideal for someone who lives locally and no longer wants to endure the London commute!
In order to be considered you WILL:-
- Be MRICS Qualified & a Registered Valuer
- Have a proven track record in Valuation
- Ideally have worked on ARGUS
