A leading international property consultancy is currently recruiting for a valuation surveyor – senior surveyor for their Birmingham office to undertake Loan Security Valuations of individual assets, development sites and portfolios with a focus on the Midlands and surrounding region.
As valuation surveyor you will be responsible for the preparation of complete Valuation reports for Loan Security Purposes, managing client relationships and liaison with clients as well as inspection and measurement of properties.
You will work as part of a large team situated in fantastic offices in the centre of Birmingham. The role is supported by an established and highly regarded management team. Client base is second to none.
You will probably be a qualified MRICS surveyor with valuation experience. In return, you will receive a highly competitive salary alongside market leading benefits.
