PARTNER VALUATION- COMMERCIAL/RESIDENTIAL SOLENT/SOUTH COAST

My client is actively seeking to attract a Partner / Director level individual to join its team and undertake commercial and residential valuations across the Solent/south coast region.
Working as part of a leading property consultancy you will be supported by the function of a full-service practice operating across the UK.
The firm is now seeking to attract an additional senior individual to work with a range of clients, which will include producing valuation reports for bank panels, developers, social housing organisations and corporate clients.
This is an expansion role where you will support the lead partner and manage a range of existing clients, with responsibility to develop new clients – as would be expected in a Partner position.
Candidates will be a qualified surveyor and a registered valuer and a working knowledge of the region would be beneficial.
You will competent with both commercial and residential valuation work, providing valuation appraisals for a range of purposes, including investment, development viability and loan security.
As a senior position, you will be responsible for leading by example and influencing, and adding value to, this strong and successful team.
