Valuation Director – Bristol

A leading property consultancy, which deals with all aspects of property advice have instructed Beach Baker to recruit an associate director looking to step up to director, or an existing director level chartered commercial valuation surveyor to drive forward a very profitable team in Bristol due to a recent senior departing partner level candidate.

We are seeking a candidate with ideally a minimum of 5 years post qualified experience within valuation to join and lead the team. You will have proven experience working for a property consultancy already with a large element of your current role devoted to valuation work. This position will involve a mix loan security/investment and some portfolio valuation reports for a variety of commercial properties as well as some residential development sites. The ideal candidate will already be an established operator working for a competing firm and have existing contacts with the banks in Bristol but relocating candidates fitting the criteria for the role will be strongly considered.

The mix of clients include banks, funds, investors /developers as well as other leading corporate organisations. We invite applications from ambitious candidates to share in the success of a dynamic firm based in Cardiff. On offer is salary range of between £50,000 and £65,000 + Car + benefits.
