£44,000 – £48,000 : Car Allowance : Bonus : Full Benefits Package

A leading firm of property consultants has instructed Beach Baker to assist them in recruiting a Senior Surveyor to join its London office. Working within this multi-discliplinary firm, you will be part of one the strongest brands in the property market.

This role is focussed on managing property transactions and candidates will be client facing and provide professional advice to facilitate the acquisition and disposal of commercial sites for leading corporate UK and European clients.

Working closely with your client, you will provide advice on the best options available to achieve their strategic goals in relation to their Corporate Real Estate matters by implementing agreed transaction strategies. You will co-ordinate resources and stakeholders in the execution of lease renewals, new site acquisitions, assignments, subletting and surrender or sale – as appropriate. Candidates will need to be competent and experienced with a range of financial models to develop portfolio analysis.

This role is very client interacting and candidates must be smart, professional and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills and have the ability to handle external and internal relationships. Being a UK and European role, you will have opportunities to travel and to work with a range of blue chip corporate organisations.

Candidates must have previous commercial transactional management experience and a proven track record of working closely with clients.
