Beach Baker is delighted to be working with a leading property consultancy in their search for Technical Services Coordinator.
Reporting the Technical Services Manager, you will be responsible to managing day to day operations of the maintenance function at a busy shopping centre in Brighton. My client and I are seeking a candidate with a good technical understanding of how a building is run and a proven background in managing engineers.
This role would suit somebody with solid contractor management skills and the ability to communicate at all levels. This is an exciting time for the shopping centre with a number of improvement projects taking place, the ideal candidate will be able to coordinator operations, manage permit to work systems, assist with minor work projects, ensure H&S complaice and have exposure to site audits.
