Team Administrator / Secretary

Beach Baker is currently working with a leading global real estate company to recruit a Team Administrator / Secretary in its Affordable Housing team. The role is full time and permanent, based in the City close to Moorgate and St Pauls.

The main responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Providing administrative support to a team of surveyors within the department
  • Regular liaison with regional office colleagues and clients
  • Keeping in house systems up to date with client information and records
  • Typing of letters, reports and other correspondence
  • Answering telephone calls in a professional manner
  • Diary management – organising internal and external meetings
  • Organising travel and booking hotel accommodation
  • Manipulating Excel spreadsheets and producing reports for clients

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role. Property industry experience would be desirable, but not essential. You should have advanced MS Office skills including Excel & PowerPoint. In addition to this, you will need to have excellent communication, time management and organisational skills, and be a strong team player.
