Surveyor/Senior Surveyor – Property Manager

Beach Baker are pleased to have been instructed to recruit a Property Management Surveyor, on behalf of a well-established global consultancy. You will be based on-site in Oxfordshire for part of the week, but will be reporting to the Bristol office.

The firm offer a wide array of commercial services to its varied client base, and are keen to recruit a Property Management Surveyor that will be responsible for managing a growing team and a diverse property portfolio – on behalf of one major client.

We are looking for an MRICS qualified individual who has demonstrable experience of managing a varied selection of commercial assets. The post-holder will have at least two years of Property Management experience and will work with on-site teams to ensure targets are met to the client’s approval.

On offer is a remuneration package, commensurate with the candidate’s experience.
