CPO/ Utilities Surveyor, Leeds, Salary DOE

An established business is seeking a CPO/ Utilities Surveyor to join the Leeds offices. The Surveyor will be acting for an established client base.

This is great opportunity for a Surveyor (candidates from Graduate through to Associate level will be considered) to undertake a broad role providing Compulsory Purchase & Land Assembly and Easements & Wayleaves advise on behalf of both landowners and developers.

You will be involved with landowner consultations and advising clients on all aspects of Compulsory Purchase including for Transport & Works Act Orders and Development Consent Orders.

Representing a broad of clients that include local authorities national house builders & commercial developers and private landowners as well as electricity operators with gas, water, oil & telecom operators in addition.

This is a great opportunity for a Chartered Surveyor or Graduate with some Utilities/ CPO experience to join an established, growing business with a reputable name in this sector.
